This 12-week 10K running program for intermediate runners is designed to enhance both endurance and speed, catering to those who have a solid running base and are ready to take their performance to the next level. The program incorporates a mix of easy runs, long runs, speed workouts, and rest days to enhance endurance, pace and overall fitness. The plan strikes a perfect balance between gradual progression and sufficient preparation time to give you the confidence to chase your personal best!
