Choosing the Right Plan for You
 

Finding the right training plan will make your running journey fun, exciting, and rewarding. Take a moment to think about your goals - are you aiming to complete your first half marathon, or do you prefer the challenge of a shorter, speed-focused distance like the 5K?
 

You can absolutely have more than one goal. Maybe you’ll start by training for a 5K fun run and then work your way up to a half marathon or even a full marathon. Whatever your goal is, there’s a plan here to help you get there.
 

Each plan is a one-time purchase, fully downloadable, and yours to keep forever. You can repeat the plan as many times as you like - it’s a great way to track your progress and see just how much stronger and faster you’ve become!
