All plans have 3 days of running and an optional 4th day. Each week there is an easy run, a long run and a quality session - this includes speed work such as interval training, tempos, fartleks etc. This will vary from plan to plan. You will gradually build volume and load of the weeks as well as increasing your speed and endurance.
