Coaching structure

  • Coaching runs in either 4 week, 8 week or 12-week blocks

  • Programs are adjusted based on your progress, feedback, and life commitments

  • Communication and check-ins occur weekly or fortnightly (depending on needs). This can be done via email, zoom, text message.
     

At the end of your block, we review your progress and decide whether continuing coaching is the right next step.

There is no automatic renewal.

12-Week Performance Development Block - $600 AUD

Includes:

  • Fully personalised running program

  • Delivered via shared online training log

  • Weekly check-ins and feedback

  • Ongoing plan adjustments

  • 12 weeks of personalised coaching.

Spots are limited to ensure a high standard of coaching and individual attention.

 

8-Week Structured Build - $440 AUD

Ideal for focused race preparation or a strong training phase.

Includes:

  • Fully personalised running program

  • Delivered via shared online training log

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Ongoing adjustments

  • 8 weeks of personalised coaching.

  • Total investment: $440 AUD - payment $440 upfront.

4-Week Running Reset - $240 AUD

Short-term structured support for runners needing clarity and direction.

Includes:

  • Personalised 4-week program

  • Delivered via shared online training log

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Adjustments as needed

  • 4 weeks of personalised coaching.

  • Total investment: $240 AUD upfront.
