WHAT I OFFER

My 1:1 online coaching is designed to help runners train consistently, improve performance, and reduce injury risk over a focused period of either 4, 8 or 12 weeks.

You will receive:

  • A fully personalised running program.

  • Training delivered through a shared online training log.

  • Regular check-ins and feedback

  • Ongoing plan adjustments based on how you’re responding.

This coaching is hands-on, supportive, and results-driven.

WHO IS THIS COACHING FOR?

This coaching is for you if:

  • You want personalised guidance, not a generic plan.

  • You can commit to consistent training for your selected 4, 8 or 12 weeks.

  • You're open to feedback and communication.

  • You want to become a stronger, more resilient runner. 


This coaching may NOT be for you if:

  • You're looking for a one-off program only.

  • You're not ready to train consistently.

  • You want daily supervision or in-person coaching.

  • You're currently dealing with a complex injury requiring rehab support.
