How often should you run per week?

Do you ever wonder how many times a week you should run and what is beneficial. The answer – what works best for you!

 

You need to find what works for you and your lifestyle. This might be once a week, 3 times a week or more. There is no right or wrong answer to this, as long as you stay consistent, that is the key.

 

For beginners, you may want to ease into it with once or twice a week and build from there. There is no point going all in at the beginning and feeling sore and sorry for yourself and end up hating it. You want to slowly build up to allow your body to adapt to doing something different, or it is hello injuries.  

 

After a while and once you have built a solid base you can start to add more running days or km’s/miles in.

 

In the end it comes down to what works best for you and your lifestyle. Find your balance and work with that.
